Hello, I’m Roxane Mullen.

I’m a Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).

I believe that we all have the capacity to change and grow, and that therapy can help us navigate life’s challenges with more self-awareness, compassion, and resilience.

Please note: My 1:1 private practice is currently full, but I also focus on group programmes and workshops designed to help people like you move from overwhelm to self-compassion and joy.

I offer 1:1 Psychotherapy sessions in Letterkenny, Co Donegal as well as in person and online workshops guiding you through therapy tools & techniques.



My goal is to demystify and normalise psychotherapy so that people feel worthy and deserving of the kind of support that can positively impact every aspect of their life, whatever their journey.
